The inspiration behind the design of the in/sushi visual identity comes from the act of preparing fish - kirikata - sashimi cutting techniques. The inclination of the blade and the act of cutting were the main visual influences.
In order to position the in/sushi brand and make it stand out from the crowd, the signature chosen eschews the banalised "fusion food’. Instead, the word ‘conceptual’ traces a new path in this market segment, thus achieving the desired differentiation.
